Clearer Sight, Brighter Futures
Eye care you can count on.
Protecting sight. Preserving independence.
At Volunteers in Medicine Hilton Head Island (VIM) , we understand that clear vision is essential to leading a full, independent life. That’s why our ophthalmology services are dedicated to preventing vision loss and treating eye diseases for our eligible patients—at no cost.
Our volunteer ophthalmologists provide comprehensive eye care to our diabetic patients who reside or work on Hilton Head and Daufuskie Islands and who are uninsured and meet income qualifications. Whether it’s a routine eye exam or ongoing care for chronic conditions, our team is here to help protect your vision and overall well-being.
Ensuring Access To Vision Services
At VIM we are dedicated to provide high quality eye care to our community. Our mission is to ensure that everyone has access to essential vision services, regardless of financial barriers.
