Patient Eligibility & Registration

VIM Clinic records close to 30,000 patient visits annually with an active patient base of 10,000 individuals. We always welcome those in need of healthcare to review the eligibility requirements and visit the Clinic during New Patient Registration times listed below.

New Patient Registration Hours

If you wish to become a new patient at VIM Clinic, registration is only in-person and on Monday and Wednesday afternoons between 12:30 pm – 3:00 pm. Once registered, you will be able to make appointments for medical, dental and mental health care services.

Patients without appointments must sign in at 8:30 am. While we strive to see patients without appointments the same day, our ability to do so is dependent on the needs and resources available at the time.

Screening Policy
  1. Individuals and families must be approved during a New Patient Registration prior to scheduling an appointment or being seen as a walk-in patient.
  2. All patients are re-screened yearly, some more often.
  3. Medical and dental services will not be provided to individuals and families until VIM Clinic’s eligibility and documentation requirements have been met.
