Imagine having a chronic illness and needing regular medical care, but having no way to pay for that care.  Many of our Lowcountry neighbors live daily with this fear.  They are often the people in our Island workforce, who make our lives better in so many ways, and their families.

At Volunteers in Medicine Clinic Hilton Head Island, we provide high-quality, comprehensive medical, dental and wellness care at no charge for those in our community who cannot afford healthcare.  With your help we can make sure that our most vulnerable neighbors, young and old, have peace of mind by knowing that we are here to take care of them.
